The best sauce. OK, the wine is great too and the family is really nice. But the sauce ... And you sit nicely. Right on the road to Frankweiler you have a curious place with great wines and sauce to kneel down.

Probably one of the best and most beautiful wine bars on the German Wine Route. Wonderful ambience. Very courteous and friendly owner. The Palatinate food and the in-house wines are highly recommended.

The tarte flambée was great, as were the liver dumplings. Owners are personable and warm. We felt good.

Really good ostrich farming in the Palatinate. Palatinate sausage salad and wine toast are delicious. Schorle was perfect. We will definitely come again

Best Flammkuchen Ever We had a Klassik Flammkuchen ( with speck and onions) which was so fantastic we had to have a sweet one as well ( apple raisins and light cream) . The pastry base was perfect. Any Michelin chef would be proud of it. All accompanied by some lovely white wine from the Weingut itself
